The Call of the Yukon\u00a0est ouvert pour la saison d’hiver et d’\u00e9t\u00e9 2022.<\/p>\n

Inscription<\/h2>\n

Notre processus de r\u00e9servation comporte deux \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Vous recevrez un lien vers notre formulaire de d\u00e9charge<\/a> qui doit \u00eatre lu, rempli et sign\u00e9 individuellement pour chaque les participant.<\/li>\n
  2. Une fois que nous aurons re\u00e7u votre (vos) accord(s) de d\u00e9charge sign\u00e9(s), vous recevrez une facture \u00e9lectronique pour l’acompte (voir ci-dessous) \u00e0 payer par carte de cr\u00e9dit (ou virement \u00e9lectronique Interac pour les r\u00e9sidents canadiens).
    \nVotre inscription est confirm\u00e9e une fois que nous recevons votre acompte..<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Modalit\u00e9 de paiement<\/h2>\n

    Excursions de plusieurs jours<\/h3>\n

    Un acompte de 30% est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9servation. Le solde (70% du prix total) est d\u00fb 60 jours avant la date de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

    Excursion \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e<\/h3>\n

    Un acompte de 25% est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9servation. Le solde (75% du prix total) est d\u00fb 30 jours avant la date de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

    The Call of the Yukon accepte les paiements par virement bancaire direct sur notre compte canadien (CAD) (via Interac ou virement bancaire) et Square (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).<\/p>\n

    Remarque\u00a0: Les paiements via Square peuvent entra\u00eener des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires dont The Call of the Yukon n’est pas responsable (frais de change, etc.).<\/p>\n

    Conditions d’annulation<\/h3>\n

    Les annulations dues aux restrictions de voyage li\u00e9es au Covid-19 sont rembours\u00e9es \u00e0 100 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Pour tous les autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements tels que maladie, d\u00e9c\u00e8s du participant ou d’un proche, etc., l’annulation doit \u00eatre couverte par une assurance annulation souscrite par le participant. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, L’Appel du Yukon remboursera comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessous :<\/p>\n

    Excursions de plusieurs jours<\/h4>\n

    \u2013 60 jours ou plus avant le d\u00e9but de la visite\u00a0: 30\u00a0% du co\u00fbt total de la visite ne sont pas remboursables
    \n\u2013 59-30 jours avant\u00a0: 50\u00a0% du co\u00fbt total du voyage n’est pas remboursable
    \n\u2013 29 jours avant : 100% non remboursable<\/p>\n

    Excursions \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e<\/h4>\n

    \u2013 Jusqu’\u00e0 7 jours avant le d\u00e9part\u00a0: 25\u00a0% du co\u00fbt total du voyage ne sont pas remboursables
    \n\u2013 7 jours ou moins avant le d\u00e9part : 100% non remboursable<\/p>\n

    Politique de retard de paiement<\/h2>\n

    Tous nos clients re\u00e7oivent un rappel par e-mail 7 jours avant la date d’\u00e9ch\u00e9ance du paiement du solde. Si un paiement est en retard de 10 jours et que nous n’avons pas eu de nouvelles du client depuis l’envoi du premier rappel (7 jours avant la date d’\u00e9ch\u00e9ance, donc pour un total de 17 jours), l’acompte sera perdu et la place sur le voyage sera \u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau ouvert \u00e0 la r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9v\u00e8nements impond\u00e9rables<\/h2>\n

    Comme les voyages impliquent des \u00e9v\u00e8nements impond\u00e9rables (m\u00e9t\u00e9o extr\u00eames, rencontres avec la faune, obstacles naturels), les itin\u00e9raires de voyage peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9s pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des participants. La modification de l’itin\u00e9raire peut entra\u00eener des changements d’emplois du temps et de fin de s\u00e9jour. Les participants sont fortement encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9server au moins une nuit suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 Whitehorse la veille de leur vol de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n

    Sur tous nos voyages, les guides ont le droit de modifier l’itin\u00e9raire si la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du groupe est menac\u00e9e (intemp\u00e9ries, feux de for\u00eat, faune, etc.). En cas de changement, les guides redirigeront le groupe vers un autre itin\u00e9raire, de valeur, de difficult\u00e9 et de contenu similaires.<\/p>\n

    Assurances<\/h2>\n

    Nous conseillons \u00e0 nos clients de souscrire une assurance voyage qui couvre :<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Responsabilit\u00e9 Civile<\/li>\n
    • Urgence m\u00e9dicale, frais de rapatriement et frais de recherche et de sauvetage<\/li>\n
    • Annulation et interruption de voyage<\/li>\n
    • Perte\/endommagement des bagages et effets personnels et retard des bagages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Politique concernant l’\u00e9quipement<\/h2>\n

      Les participants sont responsables de tout dommage ou perte de tout \u00e9quipement fourni par The Call of the Yukon dans le cadre du voyage (skis, chaussures de ski, b\u00e2tons, tentes, sacs de couchage, etc.). Toute perte ou d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration au-del\u00e0 de l’usure normale sera factur\u00e9e aux participants.<\/p>\n

      H\u00e9bergement<\/h2>\n

      Tous les h\u00e9bergements inclus dans nos circuits sont soigneusement choisis par The Call of the Yukon. Nous travaillons avec des h\u00f4tels, des motels et des g\u00eetes du Yukon qui accueillent nos clients avec une chaleureuse hospitalit\u00e9 nordique. Tous nos prix de voyage sont bas\u00e9s sur une occupation double dans des chambres d’h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n

      Si vous souhaitez avoir votre propre chambre, un suppl\u00e9ment unique sera ajout\u00e9 au prix de votre forfait. Si vous voyagez seul et que cela ne vous d\u00e9range pas de partager une chambre avec quelqu’un, faites-le nous savoir et nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous mettre en contact avec un autre c\u00e9libataire.
